We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, have a manufacturing defect, or are the wrong item.

We don’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse, wrong size/style, or general dissatisfaction (not quality related).

To file a claim, email alfie.plumpton@icloud.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number, a description, and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, you can choose a free replacement.
